Any PC Card - Windows 95 - Netware - No login on boot

PROBLEM:
-PC Card autodetects and installs properly.
-Device Manager shows no conflicts or Yellow "!".

SOLUTION:
There can be 2 causes to this issue:

A. Need to force the frametype under Windows 95
1. Check the frametype on your Novell server. This can be obtained from your system administrator or by simply typing CONFIG at the server prompt.
2. On your laptop, go to START>SETTINGS>CONTROL PANEL>NETWORK>IPX/SPX COMPATIBLE PROTOCOL>ADVANCED>FRAMETYPE
Select your frametype among the following:
ETHERNET_802.2
ETHERNET_802.3
ETHERNET_II
ETHERNET_SNAP
3. Click OK, OK and restart your computer. You should be prompted for a login.

B. Need to delete the AUTOLOGON parameter in the Windows 95 registry
WARNING: Editing the Windows 95 registry can have serious consequences which may result in requiring you to reinstall Windows 95. Please consult with your technician or Microsoft technical support if you have any questions. 3Com cannot be held responsible for changes made to your registry.
1. The Microsoft KB article is #Q141858. Below is a summary:
2. Go to START>RUN>REGEDIT
3. Select FIND. Type in "autologon". When the parameter appears, delete it.
4. Exit the registry and reboot.
