3C589 - Netmanage hangs on Grid Convertible laptop

Problem: 3C589.COM with Netmanage hangs when loading on a Grid Convertible.

Solution: Exclude 8K of memory (example EMM386.EXE NOEMS X=DE00-DFFF). Bypass Card Services and add the following lines to the NET.CFG. Use the configuration utility to get the proper values.
