3C589 - DTK laptop running WFW without CSS

Problem: In a DTK laptop with the 3C589B using WFW in point enabler mode, the PROTOCOL.INI file already includes the PCMCIA_ENABLER = YES line. When NET START is performed, the driver loads and a Netbind error immediately follows.

Solution: Remove the spaces in the line - PCMCIA_ENABLER=YES.
