3C589 - "HSM" error on Toshiba 400CDT

Problem: The following error returns when the 3C589.COM loads: "The HSM has returned an invalid instruction code".

Solution: Use TSETUP.EXE and change the on-board sound to "IRQ 5 and I/O 250".
