3C589C - Dell XPI
Problem: System locks loading packet driver or ODI driver for the 3C589C.
Solution: Put the Dell modem in the upper slot and the 3C589 in the lower slot. Without the Dell modem inserted, 3C589C works in both upper and lower slots using Enabler mode.
