3C589 - Thinkpad 760 - DOS ODI driver won't initialize

Problem: On a Thinkpad 760 with the 3C589, ODI driver says it cannot be configured with Card Services and won't initialize.

Solution: Set the NET.CFG to INT 11, Port 300.
