3C589B - NEC Versa V50

Problem: Unable to configure the 3C589B with Card and Socket Services on a NEC Versa V50 after updating BIOS on an IBM Thinkpad 755. Loading the most current ODI driver returns "error cannot configure with card services."

Solution: Go to "view configuration" on the EtherDisk with Card and Socket Services loaded and verify that the card services values are for INT and PORT. Force these values in NET.CFG and load the ODI driver.
