3C589B - IBM Thinkpad 755CSE

Question: Will the 3C589B work in a Thinkpad 755CSE?

Answer: Yes. 3C589.COM dated 9-8-94 loads at the following settings:

Enabler Mode: INT 11, I/O 300
Card Service values: INT 7, I/O 200 (add "INT 7" to the NET.CFG file)

When running with Card Services, power down the laptop prior to trying to load the MLID 3C589.COM or the MLID fails to initialize.
