3C589 - Midwest Micro SoundBook 486DX4/75

Problem: On a clean boot with a 75 MHz machine, AUTOCONFIGURE in diagnostics says all I/O addresses are in use.

Solution: Force it to IRQ 10 and I/O 300. Add the "/IRM 9D9C" parameter in CONFIG.SYS and Card Services assigns the adapter IRQ 11 and I/O 300 to work under WFW 3.11.
