3C589B - IBM 755C

Problem: Using the 3C589B in an IBM 755C trying to attach to NW3.12, the LSL, MLID, IPXODI load but NETX and VLM report no server found. Diagnostics fail at the EEPROM vital area test.

Solution: Remove the laptop from the docking station. The laptop can't be plugged into the docking station with the 3C589 in the 755C's PCMCIA slot. Get the latest BIOS version.
