3C589 - OS/2 Warp - Binding Error: "Look ahead size for adapter vector too small..."

Problem: When using the OS/2 NDIS driver a binding error occurs stating: "Look ahead size for adapter vector too small, adapter vector cannot be used."

Solution: Change the modem speed from 38400 to 9600 in the Diagnostic/Configuration utility for the 3C589 network adapter.
