Problem loading EtherLink III drivers high

If you load EtherLink III network drivers high using a memory manager, you may see any of these symptoms:

* Continuous reboot
* Hanging up while copying files
* Hanging up while running certain applications over the network

3Com recommends always having the drivers loaded low in base memory.
