3C90x - Compaq Deskpro 2000 - Win95 - Error: Adapter not working properly

Problem:
Error: "The Network Adapter is not Working Properly... Double-Check your Configuration."
In the Device Manager the Network Adapter is listed with a Yellow !.

When the customer tried to run the GUI diagnostics, got message: "There are no NIC's installed in this PC."

Solution:
In the BIOS, there is a category called "BUS PRIORITY" with the options ISA/PCI or PCI.
Set this to PCI and restart Win95. Reinstall the drivers.

Note: Other steps taken:
1) Changed the IRQ to 10 (originally sharing IRQ 11with Video card).
2) Disabled Universal Serial Bus.
3) Removed and reinstalled the NIC.
