How do I install drivers on Windows 98 and Me?

Download the drivers from this page onto your harddrive.
Right click on My Computer, and then select Properties.
Select the Device Manager tab.
Locate the USB adapter 3C460B under Network adapters. Double click 3C460B.
Select the Driver tab, and click the Update Driver button.
Click Next, and click Next again (leaving search for a suitable driver selected).
Check in "Specify Location", and then click Next.
Click the Browse button to search for the Driver files and then click Open.
Click OK to install Updated Drivers.
